However, colours, tones and textures of prints may vary slightly due to screen calibration, printing processes, and paper stock variations.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You provide accurate, complete information (billing, shipping, contact).

• You understand that signed books and limited editions may have variations unique to each piece.

All orders are subject to availability. If an ordered item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or a suitable alternative.

Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on this website are in AUD (Australian Dollars).

Payments are processed securely via WooCommerce-supported gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Zeller, Apple Pay, etc.).
We do not store credit card details.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

Shipping

We ship from Orange, NSW, Australia.

• Book orders ship in protective book-mailers.

• Prints ship rolled in rigid postal tubes.

• Domestic and international shipping options are calculated at checkout.

Shipping times are estimates only — delays are outside our control (weather, customs, carrier disruptions).

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Change-of-mind returns are not offered for books, prints, or signed editions.

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item.
Your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
