Change of Mind

We do not accept change-of-mind returns for:

• Books

• Signed books

• Limited edition prints

• Custom orders

• Digital downloads

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

1. Email hello@tomluscombe.net within 7 days

2. Include clear photos of:

   • the item

   • packaging

   • postal label

3. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Lost Parcels

If a shipment is lost, we will liaise with the carrier, and offer a replacement or refund once confirmed.

Refunds Method

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
